The Fulton by Jean-Georges is an early entry into the redevelopment around South Street Seaport. The view along the Hudson River is great and it is not too crowded. The lunch options are great and the prices are reasonable for this type of experience. We got a taste of several options and they were all great. Service was nice and the environment felt casual.
