Hakkasan

Posted on November 3, 2020November 3, 2020 by Arnold Lau

During my time in Shanghai, I managed to visit Hakkasan, located on the historic Bund, on a regular basis. Their dim sum experience has to be the best in Shanghai. Much of the experience goes beyond the taste of food or it’s ingredients. There is the ambiance and show. The staff are dressed in classic and neat attire. Through the large windows, you have expansive views of the Huangpu river and Pudong skyscrapers. The decor is chic as the staff are dressed. Fortunately, I got my son over to Shanghai for a Summer internship while I was still stationed in Shanghai. We had a great Summer exploring the many food experiences in Shanghai. Sadly, Hakkasan was a casualty of the COVID lockdown.
