Common and Costly Small Business Claims

I am still trying to get a handle on the various options between running my investments under a sole proprietorship with umbrella insurances and LLCs in its various forms. It’s very difficult for me to see how common are the multi-million dollar liability claims to say whether its really needed for me to get LLC. But I am also coming around to the idea that there other asset protection reasons and tax reasons that make LLC a set up to consider.
